Job summary

Aon seeks a Domicile Leader for Phoenix and the Western Region to drive captive management operations in Arizona. This hybrid leadership role combines office oversight, client engagement, people leadership and commercial accountability to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead the Phoenix office, shape regional strategy, build relationships with regulators and market stakeholders, and partner with ACIM and Hub leadership to grow a high-performing team while upholding Aon’s inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within captives, insurance management or related sector.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. insurance/captive market, ideally with Western US exposure.
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated environment.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Phoenix office / Western Region, driving operational excellence and delivery against client commitments.
• Translate ACIM and Hub strategy into local action plans aligned to Arizona/Western region market and regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to share best practice and deliver consistent client outcomes.
• Act as a senior representative of Aon within the Phoenix/Western Region insurance and captive community.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, industry associations and key market stakeholders.
• Support business development, retention and growth opportunities across Phoenix, Arizona and wider region.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing local team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, succession planning and engagement.
