Job summary

Aon is seeking a Domicile Leader for Phoenix and the Western Region for Captive Management. You will lead the Phoenix office, drive growth and performance, and deliver exceptional client service in Arizona.

The role combines office leadership, client and regulatory engagement, and people leadership, with collaboration across regional and global teams to share best practices. You will shape local strategy, work with ACIM leadership, and represent Aon with senior stakeholders in the captive and

Qualifications

Significant experience within captives, insurance management, insurance, financial services or a related sector.
Strong understanding of the U.S. insurance and/or captive market, ideally with exposure to Arizona / Western US or similar domiciles.
Proven leadership experience within a regulated environment.
Commercially minded with strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Leading the Phoenix office / Western Region, driving operational excellence, service quality and delivery against client commitments.
Translating ACIM and Hub strategy into local action plans aligned to the Arizona / Western region market and regulatory environment.
Collaborating closely with regional and global colleagues to share best practice and deliver consistent client outcomes.
Acting as a senior representative of Aon within the Phoenix / Western Region insurance and captive community.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, industry associations and key market stakeholders.
Supporting business development, retention and growth opportunities across Phoenix, Arizona and the wider region.
Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing local team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, succession planning and colleague engagement.
Championing Aon United culture and creating an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
Ensuring compliance with Arizona / wider region regulatory requirements, Aon policies and the ACIM Risk Management Framework.
Acting as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and supporting audits, inspections and governance activities.
