Job summary

Aon is seeking a Captive Client Services Director in Vermont to serve as the principal interface between captive clients and the firm, ensuring high-quality service and strategic insight.

You will lead senior executives, coordinate across global teams, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve value and profitability. This hybrid role supports shaping ACIM client leadership and delivering superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Proven advisory client engagement with strong relationship-building.
• Ability to orchestrate work across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients.
• Conduct annual account planning aligned to client priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate strategy check-ins with subject matter experts for external perspectives.
• Review stewardship reports, performance data, and service metrics for improvements.
• Orchestrate internal teams across domiciles and capabilities to deliver outcomes.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand relevant Aon services.
• Translate complex data into clear client narratives and recommendations.
• Coach junior colleagues to strengthen client leadership standards.
