Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to join the Customer Success Team. This on-site role requires excellent communication and a working knowledge of agency-client processes.

You will support regional directors, production, and onboarding teams to ensure timely deliverables while building knowledge of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies. The position is full-time in our Phoenix office, with candidates residing within daily commuting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing/communications or related field.
• Entry-level experience preferred in automotive or marketing context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn Team Velocity’s processes, accounts, and Apollo platform.
• Prepare client communications, agendas, and reporting decks.
• Document client meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain cross-functional communication on deliverables.
• Assist with client questions and issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Support production and onboarding teams to meet deadlines.
• Organize deliverables to achieve productive campaign results.
• Keep Client Portals up to date and accurate.
