Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to join the Customer Success Team. You will support regional account directors and onboarding teams, develop a working knowledge of automotive marketing campaigns, and ensure on-time deliverables with superior communication and organization.

This full-time, onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, and 0–2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies and Apollo® platform.
• Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents, meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications.
• Participate in and document Client meeting discussions and conference calls.
• Maintain constant communication with Account Teams on deliverables’ status and progress.
• Assist with resolving Client questions and needs in a timely manner.
• Work to solve production issues and escalate as needed.
• Understand Clients’ goals and organize deliverables to ensure productive campaign results.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for manufacturers.
• Support Account Management with additional tasks as needed.
• Work ahead on client deliverables; anticipate and complete tasks in advance.
