Arion Care is seeking an organized HCBS Coordinator in Phoenix to support high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring compliance and smooth processes for Direct Support Professionals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley.
• Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records.
• Attend and support planning meetings with members and families.
• Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff.
• Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections.
• Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive.
