Comme des Garçons is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate for the Phoebe Philo space at DSM LA in Los Angeles, CA. The role is to deliver a high-touch luxury shopping experience, cultivate client relationships, and embody the Phoebe Philo aesthetic in every interaction.

You will maximize sales, stay current on product knowledge, and provide personalized styling and guidance while remaining flexible for day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Retail experience in a luxury environment
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Phoebe Philo aesthetic and client base
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsabilidades

• Consistently provides a high‑touch, personal experience; follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Delivers a personalized styling and shopping experience, acting as a brand ambassador
• Sells across personal wardrobe and gifting; anticipates client needs and occasions
• Maintains knowledge of Phoebe Philo collections, product, and availability
• Provides premium access to products through special orders and pre‑orders
• Builds and develops a high‑value client book with repeat business focus
• Seeks product knowledge and sells luxury items confidently
• Develops clients for events and brand activations
• Supports in-store training and elevates brand awareness elsewhere in the DSM team
