• 5+ years of experience in luxury fashion management, luxury retail, brand management, or related fields.
• Strong luxury clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and manage commercial performance.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion, luxury, contemporary culture, and retail.
• Experience with visual merchandising and retail operations teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; independent work with teams.
• Discretion and professionalism with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent Phoebe Philo within Dover Street Market and maintain brand integrity.
• Develop deep knowledge of brand, product assortment and design philosophy.
• Communicate brand updates to the retail team.
• Build and manage a client book with proactive outreach and appointments.
• Support private appointments and collection launches.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring sales against targets.
• Analyze trends and provide feedback on product performance.
• Educate DSM staff on seasonal collections and brand stories.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand presentation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and inventory handling.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales and client activity.
