Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Training Coordinator to join our Lake County/Northwest Illinois team. You will help onboard new employees, deliver ongoing training, and develop programs to improve performance and compliance with department policies and Lab Information Systems.

The role requires 3+ years of phlebotomy experience and strong communication skills, with occasional travel to client sites and other branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new employees and initial training.
• Provide ongoing group and individual training for performance and education.
• Deliver training on policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems.
