Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator II to join our Milwaukee team. This role supports onboarding and ongoing training across departments, focusing on policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems.

You will travel to client sites as needed, schedule trainings, develop resources, and maintain records. A high school diploma and 3+ years phlebotomy experience are required; training experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new employees and initial training.
• Provide ongoing group and individual training on policies, procedures and Lab Information Systems.
• Develop resources and programs to achieve training objectives.
• Evaluate and update training materials and plans.
• Maintain logs and records for trainings conducted.
• Travel to client sites or other branches to support training as needed.
