The role trains new and existing staff, ensures adherence to Trilab Health's standards, and travels throughout the Greater Chicago area with occasional Central Illinois trips. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Location: Greater Chicago Area (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

This role is responsible for training new and existing phlebotomists, ensuring adherence to Trilab Health's standards, and helping maintain exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is a skilled phlebotomist with strong communication and coaching abilities who enjoys traveling and building relationships with both employees and clients.
