Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist – Paid Training to assist in donor screening and phlebotomy at our Holland, MI center. The role supports center operations and emphasizes customer service and safety for donors and staff.

The position involves a variety of donor-facing tasks, including vital sign measurement, donor charts, and coordination of donor compensation. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
