• Complete lab requisition forms and produce proper labels for forms and tubes.
• Enter patient demographics, tests performed, and diagnoses in EMR.
• Order and maintain adequate laboratory supplies.
• Clean and maintain the laboratory and equipment.
• Maintain records for proficiency testing to meet COLA/CLIA requirements.
