• Collects specimens beyond blood (urine tests, glucose tests).
• May input test orders into the computer system and perform accessioning.
• Rotates to handle phone test inquiries and communicates results to authorized personnel.
• Records rejected specimens according to established protocols.
• Provides excellent customer service and strong communication with patients and staff.
