Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and collects specimens; explains collection procedures to patients.
• Performs patient registration, orders lab entries, and verifies billing information.
• Process, store, and transport specimens according to lab requirements.
• Provide on-call and mobile service as required; travel within 25 miles as needed.
