Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required depending on state rules.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• May require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain fingerprinting.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance coverage eligibility.
• Flexibility to cover multiple locations and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens into the department.
• Enter specimens accurately into the company computer system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate areas.
• Perform specified analytical testing as assigned and follow Code of Conduct.
