Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as required by state regulations.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license where required.
• May require DHS fingerprinting certification.
• Flexible to travel to multiple locations, including mobile phlebotomy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department and enter into the company system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the appropriate area.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous service to patients and staff.
