Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in clinical laboratory phlebotomy/test management.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain it for Mobile/Long Term Care placement.
• IOP placement requires execution of Confidential Information and Restrictive Covenant Agreement.
• May require a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial resource and liaison between staff, other departments, and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to the area Supervisor.
• Perform technical or administrative work at an advanced level of competency and efficiency.
• Participate in patient and process quality improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
