Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• State phlebotomy license required; CA license preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Label and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Enter patient data and billing information accurately.
• Maintain phlebotomy and temperature logs.
• Lead daily activity at PSC/IOP and mentor staff.
• Travel to Territory Manager meetings as needed.
• Assist with training and SOP compliance.
