Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The role supports PSC/IOP teams, mentors staff, and ensures accurate specimen collection and data handling. Monday–Friday, with weekends on rotation, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualified candidates bring strong phlebotomy skills, customer focus, and leadership ability to manage daily operations and meet performance metrics in a busy diagnostic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have solid phlebotomy skills and patient service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Lead and coach PSC/IOP staff on phlebotomy practices and customer service.
• Ensure quality data entry, inventory, and adherence to SOPs.
