Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify and document orders; enter billing information as needed.
• Provide onboarding and coaching to staff as PSR IV and assist with onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and ensure accuracy of data and compliance with SOPs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff, and support regional supervision.
