Job summary

Hours include Monday–Friday with potential overtime; you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring high-quality specimen collection and client satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completion from accredited program.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Pass color blindness test.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists across multiple sites.
• Perform skilled phlebotomy procedures and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate schedules, site operations, and patient flow.
• Provide training and conduct competency assessments.
