Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily phlebotomy activities and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate staff workflow and coverage.
• Lead in collection procedures and assist with difficult draws.
• Sign off on staff training and competency.
• Support scheduling changes and policy input.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
