Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Lead Phlebotomist to oversee collection of patient samples across locations, train staff, and ensure compliant, efficient operations. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, uphold aseptic protocols, and support quality control across sites.

The role requires phlebotomy certification within three months and a strong commitment to patient experience and data accuracy. Travel 25–50% is expected, with daytime hours and weekend rotation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy skills and certification required within 3 months of hire.
  • Certification by AMT/ASCP/NHA/NPA preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Train, ensure compliance and competency for specimen collection.
  • Visit collection sites for quality, compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collection using aseptic technique.
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and patient safety.
