Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking candidates to join our team as phlebotomists, supporting mobile blood drives and donor centers in Idaho Falls. You will assist with the blood collection process, maintain safety, and help donors feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, with opportunities to advance your healthcare skills within the nation’s leading humanitarian organization. Schedule includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the blood collection process and ensure safety of donors.
• Transport and set up equipment at donation sites with the team.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles to support mobile blood drives.
