Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for volunteers and donors.
• Ensure blood collection meets goals, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and set up/tear down equipment at donation sites.
