Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 4-month contract in Hampstead, NC. The role requires traveling between locations, covering shifts Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with overtime expected.

Pay is $19.93–$21.36 per hour (USD). Onsite work is required with potential travel to multiple Patient Service Center locations. A High school diploma and phlebotomy certification are preferred and may be required in certain states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training — preferred
• Phlebotomy certification — preferred; Required in California, Nevada, and Washington

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and positive image to patients and staff.
