The ideal candidate has at least three years of phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and flexibility to cover weekends or overtime. High school diploma required; phlebotomy certification preferred where applicable. English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (including drug screens and biometric screenings).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Enter data accurately and navigate computer systems.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and prep for transport.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and records in a timely manner.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, and answering phones.
