Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections per age-related standards and department policies.
• Enter orders and verify test results; retrieve patient information in lab systems.
• Process specimens with proper labeling, centrifugation, and packaging for transport per protocols.
• Communicate with physicians and patients to ensure accurate care and timely results.
• Maintain a safe environment, document QA/QC activities, and adhere to biohazard waste procedures.
