Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collections per age-related standards and department policies.
• Uses AIDET model and ensures patient safety.
• Receives and reviews physician orders; enters accurate lab orders per policy.
• Performs clerical duties and processes specimens promptly to maintain sample integrity.
• Maintains refrigerator temperatures and QC/QA records; reports findings to supervisor.
