Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead in Fresno, CA, to oversee daily phlebotomy operations and ensure high-quality specimen collection. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating patient interactions, and maintaining compliance across PSCs or Client Offices.

Qualified candidates will have a state phlebotomy license and at least two years of phlebotomy experience, with CA/NV/WA/LA licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs or Client Offices; ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification.
• Perform specimen processing including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Provide professional, respectful service; communicate effectively with patients and clients; maintain a clean and welcoming collection environment.
• Direct daily site operations, coach on-site staff, and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with site upkeep, maintain phlebotomy logs, manage supplies, and ensure safety and compliance at the site.
