Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy license required (CA/WA/NV licensing rules apply).
• Knowledge of phlebotomy best practices and complex collections, including pediatric/geriatric draws.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs or client offices with accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification, label specimens, and ensure proper testing protocols.
• Maintain a clean, efficient collection environment and assist on-site staff.
• Support site operations and compliance with SOPs.
