Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs).
• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws (pediatric, geriatric, hard sticks).
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
