Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year experience with keyboarding and office equipment.
• Preferred: phlebotomy or registration experience; Epic EMR experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide complete patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
• Enter orders for tests and coordinate services across outpatient settings.
• Support phlebotomy, specimen collection, and related procedures.
• Communicate with patients and manage inquiries and reminders.
• Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record.
