Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs waived CLIA testing and phlebotomy per policy.
• Maintains instruments and conducts routine training.
• Records temperatures and performs equipment maintenance.
• Completes logs and communicates with supervisor as needed.
• Collects venipuncture samples and ensures proper patient ID.
