• ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical laboratory regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Familiarity with The Joint Commission and CAP standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills.

Salary: $83,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomy Manager, Inpatient to oversee inpatient phlebotomy operations and lead a high-performing laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical laboratory experience, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
• ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or relevant specialty certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of clinical laboratory regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Strong familiarity with The Joint Commission and College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-management skills
