Responsabilidades

• Monitors workflow including specimen collection, processing, and inventory.
• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens from patients across ages.
• Ensures proper labeling and transportation of specimens; resolves issues with requisitions.
• May perform limited CLIA-guided testing and run quality checks.
• Instructs students in phlebotomy and data entry; supports patient safety protocols.
