• Demonstrates a willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include working an alternate site or shift assignment.
• Current driver's license granted by the state of residency with a driving record that meets Aurora fleet safety standards and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a resource to employees and students, which includes training/orienting and providing day-to-day work direction.
• Assists with human resource responsibilities, which may include interviewing and selection of new employees, staff development, resolution of employee concerns, and employee morale.
• Monitors and coordinates the workflow of the department, including specimen collection, processing and ordering functions.
• Assists in the investigation of procedure and/or performance failures and aids in their resolution, reviews procedures and reports discrepancies to leadership.
• Documents appropriate information for quality assurance/improvement according to established protocol.
• Performs Venipuncture and collects specimens from newborn, pediatric, and adult patients according to established protocol.
• Obtains specimens according to priority and scheduled draw times; packages and tracks specimens for transport.
