Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years’ experience as a certified phlebotomist required.
• Phlebotomy Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directly address personnel issues to ensure efficient laboratory workflow.
• Assist manager in training and competency assessment of technical staff.
• Coordinate laboratory services and workflow to ensure consistent patient care.
• Drive patient experience by modeling service, handling concerns, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain Kronos (payroll) attendance and scheduling input; participate in staff interviews and scheduling.
• Engage in staff development, coaching, and performance recognition as needed.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and training is maintained.
