Zusammenfassung

Emanate Health is seeking a phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. Under supervision, you will perform venipunctures on adults and pediatrics and assist with specimen processing and data entry to ensure accurate test results.

You will communicate with clients to resolve specimen concerns, maintain meticulous records, and support other duties as assigned. Current California CPT and BLS certification are required, weekend work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two year acute care hospital laboratory experience preferred.
• One to two (1-2) years experience assisting in performing laboratory assays preferred.
• Fluent English communication. Typing and word processing skills.

Aufgaben

• Performs venipunctures on adults and pediatrics and micro collections on infants.
• Participates in data entry, specimen processing and communicates with clients to help resolve specimen concerns as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
