Job summary

You will support clinicians and lab staff by handling specimens, utilizing LIS and e-Source, and participating in ongoing competency training. Flexibility with shifts and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months - 1 year experience in phlebotomy and/or specimen processing.
• Active driver’s license and personal auto insurance for facility-based travel.
• Customer Service, Medical Terminology, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work safely in a high reliability organization environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing as assigned.
• Provide customer service to clinicians and clients by phone.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance including safety goals and policies.
