Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing up to 70% of duties, following safety and infection-control practices.
• Handle computer tasks (LIS, e-Source) for 15% of duties.
• Train new employees and students (5%).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NPSG, CAP, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS, and lab policies.
• Maintain competencies and required education (ACE); perform miscellaneous tasks.
