Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary puncture) following procedures and safety policies.
• Greets and communicates with patients professionally; ensures proper patient identification and label accuracy.
• Collect and process specimens; maintain specimen integrity and transport as required.
• Enter and review lab results in computer systems; notify clinical staff of critical values.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine startup/shutdown procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Labor Management Partnership and Bedrock Cultural Elements.
