Allina Health in Shakopee, MN is seeking an entry-level Phlebotomy Technician to support outpatient service and lab operations. You will perform specimen collection, waived testing, and assist with registration and specimen processing, contributing to efficient patient care.

This 1.0 FTE role includes a day/evening 8-hour shift with every other weekend rotation. High school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 2–5 years experience in phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived testing and specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary, cultures).
• Assist with registration and processing of specimens; support supply ordering.
• Provide quality customer service at lab reception and schedule releases in EMR.
