Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with phlebotomy training providing clinical rotation.
• 3 months of phlebotomy experience or related training for MLT/MT/CLS candidates.
• MLT/MT/CLS degree with phlebotomy experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous capillary and line collections and POC testing for all ages.
• Instruct patients on specimen collection procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, specimen integrity and proper labeling.
• Prioritize work, adapt to scheduling, and assist with training/mentoring staff.
