Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Licensure, Certification, Registration: Phlebotomy certification program preferred but not required; ASCP Board of Registry preferred but not required.
• Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Organized, accurate, detail oriented; good interpersonal skills; ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on adults and children.
• Process specimens and route to appropriate laboratory for analysis.
• Perform clerical duties for EPIC EHR; maintain quality control and sanitation.
