Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASCP Phlebotomy Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Phlebotomy and Receiving/Processing areas.
• Ensure high-quality specimens for testing and client reporting.
• Provide training and orientation for new staff and ongoing education.
• Maintain compliance with lab policies and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate with other labs to standardize procedures and QA activities.
