Qualifications

• Phlebotomist I–III levels considered; compensation commensurate with experience.
• Experience as CNA/MA/CMA or military medical roles will be considered.
• Ability to perform venipunctures and skin punctures per CLSI guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens.
• Labeling, accessioning, and processing of specimens.
• Mentors students and new employees.
• Inventory management as directed by site or regional lead.
• Escalates issues to Laboratory leadership as needed.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and root cause analyses.
