Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and long periods of standing or sitting, and adaptability to long irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors to share the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure the collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
