Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and work long hours; a minimum height of 60 inches may be required to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors, listen to their stories and explain donation impact.
• Create a welcoming environment so donors feel comfortable returning.
• Maintain accuracy to ensure collected blood meets goals and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
